Filippos Filippopoulos spent years behind the bar at Leeds' Watermark before opening Tabula Rasa on Eastgate in August 2021 - Latin for blank slate, and the idea behind everything poured here.
Afternoons ease into aperitivo. By evening, the bar comes alive with cocktails, cheese and cold meats sourced from Kirkgate Market. Fifty-five covers, no more - a room built for lingering.
